Suggested Name: Bloom
Sibling (If that's ok): Lilac (my Delcatty that I've been drawing secretly XD)
Ability: Wonder Skin
Backstory?: Bloom grew up with her sister Lilac in the center of Castelia City at the empty lot. They lived there peacefully until Team Plasma came to the sewers and found the tunnel to the empty lot. They and many other pokemon were captured and sent to H.Q. to be experimented on. Continue below

Many pokemon's pelt colors were altered like Bloom's and Lilac'd. Some evolved by machinery and that's how Bloom and Lilac evolved into Delcatty. Soon after Lilac and Bloom escaped together and vowed to get their vengence on Team Plasma for what they did to them.
