it took me almost 10 years just to get to where i am today only because i kept drawing every chance i had
so you keep that attitude up of course your not going to get any better
find your own style and just try to improve on it

As soon as I read your painting I so badly wanted to argue that you are good enough for anything! And why wouldn't you be good enough silly? Colors!3D is for people to post their art(regardless of skill), trust me when I say that you don't need to be able to draw a mona lisa to be an artist, because we'll all be in trouble. You just need to have a hand (or foot in some cases) and express your ideas in any way possible!
If it's skill you're troubled with, I'll give you a hint, but no one ever listens to me...it's practice:3
