this all for the halo fans this from halo 3 and 2 he's my favorite charater in the serise. and when halo 4 came i was so sad that he was not in the game. honessly i like elites they were so to play but there enemies. but i dont think so just think of it the covent is a mix of many planets speices and the elites is from one planet so they might be elites willing to be helpful and freindly so i hope the arbiter come and we the fans can play as him again to the fan please like and show love #halo
