The Pigment Bird Pokemon
Depending on what eye color its born with, it only sees the same one color in different shades.
the color becomes its favorite & most used. It crushes berries and adds water to control the consistancy of its paint.
Since its mostly color blind it memorizes other colors through the berries' shape. It marks leave pouches with the berry shape & stores them in its pouch, even though it doesn't know the actual color.
