In response to your request: you're supposed to gain comments by have interesting and creative art, or by taking interest in other's and striking up conversation. I know it's frustrating when no-one comments, but if you go up to people and outright ask them for comments it kind of ruins the achievement. If you're looking for tips to improve, you can ask people for those, but you'll have to be a little more polite about it.
