hmm not bad. I notice the longer you spend on your drawing the better it tends to be. So take your time, things that don't seem important actually make a big difference. I like how you did a shadow color contrast with her bow. You could try that with the rest of her too, it makes a difference c:

Oh I know! Here, if you click on #tutorial you'll get a bunch of different tutorials people here make (shading, coloring, shapes, etc). I do that sometimes, actually, I think I did learn how to shade from either a tutorial or someone's playback here lol
