Picture 2/6 of the Rainbow Rocks bg (no, not backround) characters. The orange stuff in Nonny's hair are streaks. The darker colors are the shading. Plus i had to redo the eyes cuz i was stupid enough to color the hair and eyes on the same layer...XD. Also, this is lazy-ish design...just take the After School jacket from Animal Crossing, dark shades, and stereotypical ripped jeans and ya got yaself THIS
