This Sonic Boom's Version of Collin the Hedgehog.
His story line goes as this,
Collins Town (Emerald Hill) Has been destroyed by Lyric, and Collin and a few survivors only remained. So The Sonic Boom gang took him under their wing and he helps Tails in the Workshop. They also treat him like a kid... even though he is older then tails!
