Apaile the adolecent Oisear. The Oisear are a race of humanoid birds that take great pride in their wings. Apaile, unfortunately, was hatched without wings; a mutant. Because of this, he was cast out of his tribe, and ultimately abandoned by his entire race. He is arrogant, serious, critical, and quick to anger. But, he can be a good friend and a great leader if one is willing to put up with him for long.
