-Aria discovers a city is on fire near her arrival location.
-Seeing the fire makes her remember the event that happened before she encountered Nexas (in episode 1a): The death of a dear friend and his sacrifice.
-She gathers her courage, believing he had faith in her to go on, and goes to investigate the cause of the fire.

We may be the only Luminous Warriors left... but together... no one can stop us.
*An evil laugh disturbs them*

Ravus: You scum! You may have the other five, but you'll never have ours!
Nexas: Fools!! I'll take what I please! I've defeated the powers of Earth, Wind, Electricity, Light, and Shadow!
Fire and Ice... hahaha... will be easy to obtain..
Aria: You're the fool if you think we're going down without a fight!
Ravus: Right! ... Aria, stay close to me...
Aria: I won't stray...
*the fight begins and lasts until Aria is pinned in a corner*
Nexas: I will have the ultimate power!
Aria: ...!
Ravus: Over my de.ad body!
Nexas: So be it! Show me your power!
Ravus: Nnnnnnahhhh!!!
*attacks with all his blazing might*
Nexas: *repealed* Ack... you seem more powerful now than when I last encountered you, but it doesn't matter...
I'M GOING TO K!LL BOTH OF YOU IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO! ... *sneers* No matter how "powerful" you've become!
STARTING WITH YOU... YOU LITTLE PEST!

*they duel...
but Nexas cornered him, and gave the final blow...*
Aria: Nooooooo! Ravus!!
*Rushes to him after Nexas throws him aside like garbage...*
Don't leave me...!!!
Ravus: *barely alive* ... you... you have to run, Aria! R-run!- Uugh...
Aria: Stay with me!
Ravus: -Go! Aria... y-you have to go! He can't have your emerald!
Aria: *protesting in tears* I won't leave you!
Ravus: Go... *breathes hard as his vision is failing* ... Go!
-FLASHBACK END-
Aria: ...The one moment we were apart... he cornered me...
but then... he lured Nexas away from me... I couldn't get back to him...
he was about to unleash the firestorm within him. I could see it in his eyes... a blazing crimson...
... Nexas cornered him... and gave the final blow...
He used the last of his power to teleport me elsewhere.
And that was the last I saw of him...
He protected me and I couldn't save him... but...
He wanted me to escape and keep the final emerald away from Nexas. I won't loose hope... (little more)

I am Aria, the Frost Angel. As a protector of the Luminous power... I'm going to help... to ease the suffering of the innocense...
Even, if they don't need me here. Luminous...Wing! *she summons the power of flight, going to help stop the fire and see whats going on...*
