I think it's classified as "scaley". BTW: Crazy awesome lighting with the light-saber.

Awesome,are you self taught?

Thank you!
Also I'm mostly self taught.. I consider myself self taught for a lot of what I learn is through analysis of other art, but I have taken art classes at most opportunities I could in school. I'm not sure what I learned really is anything more than tutorials could teach me, the most importsnt things I've learned from art classes weren't "how to draw" but how to look at art in a way to be critically analyzed, such as using art terminology to define a piece of other art, or to know what's good/bad about my own..

Huh, on second though, I'm not sure how to define self taught or not. The short answer is "yes" and the long answer winds up soinding more like "technically both yes and no" I feel like every artist learns somewhere, nobody is 100 percent self taught, some just learn in a different setting or different source..

Whoa... way cool shading! I should start practicing colored light sources, myself. This is a really good reference for how it's done!
