Here's my ideas for Hater and Peepers' genderbends.

Lady Hater would have a stocky build, and would act pretty much the same. Her voice would still be on the deeper side, but not as deep as Lord Hater.

Commander Peepers would be as flat as a board, which she would be extremely insecure about, and I'd give her an additional reason to puff out her chest. She would sound like how Harley Quinn does in Batman the Brave and the Bold.
