I love him. :3 Moves: Mind Reader, Detect, Poison Jab, Focus Blast. --He was turned into a cyborg, but he could not be transformed entirely as the process was halted when Clyde (the Sandslash) rescued him. His mecha eye can induce a state of paralysis upon a foe similar to the move, glare. Within his 'collar' is a reserve of energy. Veinare can also detect radio activity.
