He isn't bad, he has the spirit of a pup and loves to fool around, but does get carried away. A lot. He's still electric, he builds up energy in his body. When he's fueled up and energetic, the stripes on his face glow green. When it's low, it's yellow, when critical, red. The idiot opened his mouth in chemicals, so his tounge is blue and he can now only bark, hiss, cry, etc.
