No, XD, it's a pirate "hug belt", XD, he's a captain.
But you're a little right, he's the strongest character of the group, he have the hight score of power when he's in "Berserker" mode, and he's an old captain and legend of the "Francs" army, he left the army when his sister die by her husband, he want to kill her hunsband and left the army, her hunsband his "Gilles de Rai" or the other name "Barbe bleu". XD. Yes, i make the the story of Balbou come from the "legend or barbe bleu/Gilles de Rai".
