Evolves from Worzal at lv. 16
Surfel are more drawn to water and kept together than their pre-evolution. They have several stones containing psychic power that holds their body together very well, allowing them to swim and stay out in harsh weather without fear of dissolving, if any part of their body is detached in some way the stones in it's forehead and tail gather it back together, and during this evolution their stats shift more towards offense.
