Sanji gets bullied a lot, but no matter what he just doesn't say anything and acts as if he didn't care, but the truth is, he does care, deep inside, all those things, it hurts... And yes, as you can see, all those marks on his arm are cuts... Yes, he self harms, but it makes him feel somewhat better. He's very su!cidal but never attempt anything, because it scares him to die.
