/i can't draw pokemon at ALL. it sucks everytime i try. i always have to look at a pic of the pokemon so i don't forget something and it's really annoying to me because i draw 99 percent of the time without ANY other pic help./

When drawing pokemon (for meh)
I've gotten to know most of the features of each poke' from memory of playing the games, but other times, especially w/ the new gen, refrencing can be unavoidable, but referencing also helps remember the details of a specific poke' for another time 'w'
(hope that helped a little)
