It's a Chibi Lucario, not Riolu. The original is on Deviantart and the person who posted the art asked for no copying, including traces.

It's even funnier when you've seen a painting traced before, both claiming to be the original, when both are not, because I've seen this one a few times on Colors :P

yeah, one by "K------D", except he claims it's his own very specifically (and it looks worse than this trace, as well as also mistaking Lucario with Riolu). I don't mind traces if they look good and the user don't claim it as their own, but this one is different because the original artist clearly asks for no traces or sharing elsewhere.
