SteelSight Hun-Tir is the chief of the Rahktar Elimination Squad and the Electric City Police Department. He despises Rahktars and anything that could be a potential threat to security. He doesn't trust me at all, mostly because I'm part Rahktar. Usually, when you see him, he's followed by his squad, all armed to the teeth with guns. I hear he was bitten by a Rahktar years ago and he t*rtures himself to keep himself from transforming at night.
