When ever I play a Mario game, this how I see myself when playing as him. Think of it like the way SMG4 does it.
I love the adventures Mario has, even though it the same story every time, he always has a new world to explore and meet many new friends.
My favorite story and adventure in the whole Mario series was Super Mario Galaxy.
