I couldn't resist! I HAD to do this. It sort of describes about Colress's & Variance's relationship
Colress loves Variance, but he isn't sure that she loves him back (Though he insists that she does). So he can't exactly tell her. Instead, Colress tries to be with Variance as much as he can.
However, Variance loves Colress, but she PRETENDS that she doesn't.(She thinks he's only being nice).

I once told Variance that she was cute. She only said 'Thanks' & then went back to training her Mawile. That's how she reacts to almost everything... (Her pokemon are the exception).
But I keep trying to get her attention by spending time with her."
