Yay,this is PecandraTheSnow-Cat.Wow,what a name.She morphs into the snow and wind (like her ears,and her tail does that too) and she has snow/ice powers.She is very shy and sweet.Now for explantion on how she was created:So one winter me and my friends were playing out in the snow.My friend threw a snow ball at me and when it didn't break,I put little ears and made it look like a cat head and started calling it Pecandra (i was craving pecans).Thus,I developed her into a fc.:3 #pecandrathesnowcat
