How-to draw tutorials and books really help! Copying other pictures without tracing is also handy dandy. Btw, welcome to Colors!3d!

Try to draw things that you're interested in. Just keep praticing at it, and you'll get better each time.
Remember, it's good to be creative and create crazy things sometimes.
