Blue Rose by Snub Food
Okay, so i was given a couple of ideas for the blue rose. And i tried to put them all together.

(i hope her dress is okay)
-@[dragonheart]: ocean or sea theme
(great idea for background)
- @pokemonlover36641: blue moon
(puts together the background)
- @Biomech: angel
(i wanted to give her angel wings but it would've been too crowded. So I'm gonna do an angel theme for the white rose)
