Ahhh I've got about a dozen sketches of her but this is the only one I like. ;n;
She's more of an off-white, really light gray rather than pure white, and her feathers & the backs of her ears are a little darker. It's kinda hard to see. D: Not technically albino because there's some pigment in her feathers, but meh. Close enough.

I posted a good ref for Siren. You dont have to stick to it though, feel free to take liberties and change her up to suit your fancy. I bet your version of her will be way better than mine :D
