HABITAT: Venivore usually lives in deserts where it tricks prey into thinking they've found a grassy oasis. Sometimes Venivore can be found in jungles as well, where they can hunt camouflaged. Reports suggest there may be a dessert colored variety.
BIOLOGY: They are very fast and will hunt for their food. However if they weaken from hunger, they will burrow themselves into the ground, leaving their wings open on the ground. The pink and red colors on their wings draws prey in. Once something lands on Venivore's wings, they will snap shut, preventing the prey from escaping, and will stay shut until the prey is fully digested. Venivore's wings are thin and not good for flying, although it can use them to glide.
