Inkay by Sweet-Cactus
I haven't been here in a while, and it makes me sad. I don't have much time to draw, and when I get 5mn, it never comes out with anything I like... :/
Anyway, I bought an Inkay plush at the Pokemon Center in Paris and it's so cute! :D But this draw is a WIP, I'm looking for ideas to finish it...

What you've got going is great! :D I know what you mean, like when its really busy and cant find time to draw. :/ hopefully now that its summer we'll have more time. :)
