So, Eggons are reptilian creatures that have egg shell companions on their head. The egg itself is a living creature and when the eggon is born, it stays there for eternity to guide the eggon. After 2 weeks, the egg shell starts growing on the eggon's head. Now about the eggons, their stomach pattern depends on the pattern of the egg at birth. Each egg is a different pattern, but the scales(that aren't the stomach)can be either green, blue, or orange.

The egg is indestructable to anything in it's nature. If the shell of the egg is removed and never replaced within 12 hours, it may never come back on and it will turn surprisingly ill. The average eggon can live up to 25 years. The eggon's diet is grass, mice, sunflowers, and (if it's available)sweets. The female eggon's tail is longer than the male's. This serves a purpose to carry the baby eggon for safety when it leaves it's habitat. Eggons can grow up to four feet and three inches long while the infant is only one foot and four inches tall. Eggons may get along with humans if they have gained the trust of them, but other than that, they attack in sight(no k!lling because they're not that cruel).
