I cant sleep, and I tried almost every possible method but I'm amxious and scared still. I feel that i know the reason but I dont want to admit to myself that its true. Please help me by giving suggestions on how to sleep. I havent slept for 4 days now.
And I partially blame Rush-In-Roulette because he, too, has sleeping issues and I believe his fatigue has become airborn and I caught it somehow.

the reason i did trace is:
i could not draw by myself
(i kinda can now, i dont know)
even though its not as hard as drawing. tracing still requires some skill
