Whew, it's so confusing sometimes trying to make an animation here. I hope it looks decent. I'm aiming for a colored animation in the near future...maybe when I'm headed to NC this weekend..

I think it's great for your first animation! :3
Just make sure that there's always a solid background and that instead of erasing, use the color of the background to cover up errors/make changes uvu
