Another character, yes. e-e Anyways, it is unknown to him who exactly he is and why he wears the bomb collar. He can only remember back to when he was dumped in a ditch by some shadowy doge, the bomb collar around his neck. He's paranoid, scared that every action of his can lead to explosion. Fogarty was witty, sharp and quite brilliant. He was head technomancer (technology is considered magic in their universe) and could hack about any computer given the time. He was part of a secret operations network of tech-obsessed doges. When word leaked out about these tech-hoarders(because technology is pretty rare among common-folk) they were outraged and sentenced all of them to amnesia and bomb collars. They were relocated as far as possible from their base, which happened to be a remote communities surrounded by "endless" swaths of forest.

XD It is. He's a technomancer. More cool ones are electracker and computerminator. I just made those up, but they sound pretty awesome. XD
