I don't understand how you make collabs :/

It gets pretty warm in Canada, I guess it would be colder to Americans because it hotter south, but it gets pretty hot to us in the summer, of course if I went a bit more up north the heat probably wouldn't be so bad to me.
There are actually quite a few people who die from heat exhaustion in the summer in Canada, but that seems to happen near the border where it would be hotter. There are stations in the bigger cities that spray you with cold water to help that not happen. I never seen one and I forget what they're called though.

a.) how to collab with other people?
b.) friend codes?...where or how do I get one? & with that, can we communicate directly with others?
c.) Swapnote?...I see it mentioned here 'n' there...can we use THAT to directly communicate with others? (I've used Swapnote, but only when the person was sitting next to me, here in my livingroom! lol
3.) #bullyfreezone !!...I would LOVE to be a moderator! I think, as an "older" person, (Mom / Mema), I could be very helpful with those who are being (or feeling as tho they are) bullied by someone!...or just to be here for anyone who needs to talk, feeling down, depressed or...just needs a smile, hug or a good laugh! I love making people smile/laugh, and I'm a very good listener! RR -> I'd really love to hear from ya;)

How do ya do this? Collab I mean. I've never done one before and I know it wont let you upload a picture that wasnt originally drawn on your system so you can't copy a painting and then upload it in your account. Im kinda interested as to how you do it so that me and my friends could collab. Please reply on my latest pic in my gallery. Thank you.

@animegurl598: I'd like to collab, but the only way I know to do it is if we both have a 3DS. How it works is we share an account and that way we can both log into it from our 3DS and download and add to each other's art. It might work the same way if both people have ipads, but I don't have one.
