it is okay in my opinion if someone was to trace to learn how to draw it without refernences but to post without credit is not okay but if it is something like a pokemon trace it on paper like fifty tries then give it a go without the picture or guide

we are not art theives, traceing is a form of art, as long as the person is NOT claiming it as theirs it is not theivery, if they DO, then its theivery. and its not just art, you cant post pictures, so you have to trace them to post them, and traceing can be very creative.
