Whoops, went a bit overboard with the bg there.
So, this is Twigg, ruler of the planet Loquebesthia [lock-BEEZ-thee-ah]. Her planet was conquered by both Hater and Vortex at the same time [quite the arguement, they're sharing it now], but her people made her queen and sent her away to escape their clutches. She's 18, so I want to call her a princess still... people are usually crowned at twenty-one.

Also, Loquebesthians are born with pale green skin, as shown, but slowly start growing blackish-blue scales from the feet up at age Sixteen. Twigg, being only Eighteen, has it just up past her knees.
Alright, so Vortex is at another planet when his Vortices bring in the little mouse-girl for charges of graffiti ["Vortex Sucks Eggs!"] on an important bulletin board [ie the Animal Crossing board]. After a confrontation [and guest appearance by Hater], Twigg claims that she can conquer more planets than them without using their cruelty. They laugh, but agree.
If Twigg wins, she gets her planet back.
If she loses, her citizens go to Hater and she has to be Vortex's lowly servant.
We're pretty sure she's gonna win.

SURE, go right ahead. It sounds like a interesting idea. Just please reference me when doing something with Thuggles. I'm working on getting them patented to leagaly own the name Thuggles and its species type. It's like when someone makes a Pikachu OC; the character is theirs, but pikachu itself [the species] belongs to nintendo. I plan to [one day] make it into a show when im older and finished with my education in animation... sorry, im splurting out my life dreams..... the answer to ur question is yes. ^^;
