This judge is pretty narsacistic. He's often alone, and he prefers it that way. In a way, he likes making fun of the other judges. He's also short-tempered.

The one thing you should remember about him is that he hates Dreede. He just doesn't like his carefree attitude, and actually tries to k!ll him. But it doesn't work; Dreede really can't "d!e", which is one thing Ruisse doesn't know.
