Confession time: I like both of them, both in Pokémon battles and Smash battles. And design. Though, overall I prefer Mewtwo.

I like both characters alot. And Napoleon would actually be around same height as Lucario actually.

^That depends on what you consider to be "around the same" in terms of height. Lucario is only 3' 11", and while Napoleon was famous for being short, I don't think he was nearly that short.

I always wondered why he had that. But... you know Lucario has weird things coming out of the back of his head too. It's even weirder when you imagine that it's not hair...

Napolean was actually of average size and height, the short thing comes from a mix up in measuring do to that time period not having standardized units yet! Also yes you should really get that checked Mewtwo.
