*sigh* i guess reading a depressing ending to a fanfic can really make you think..ALOT...
when i was brought home frpm the hospital as a newborn, i was greeted with 3 Cats, Sid, Bailey, and.. Buttons... Buttons and i were really attached.... Bailey & Sid wanted nothing to do with me..
we all expected Sid to go first, him being the oldest and all...
but, Buttons got really sick, and he went first.... the first time i had ever felt Grief, and it hit hard like a concrete block to the face...

i never wanted Buttons to leave.... he was almost like oxygen.. i needed him.. he was always there...
until we put him down... sure the vet guy was nice, but... for taking Buttons away i never really liked him... life without Buttons is like living without... someone or something you depend on... and its even harder considering i was raised with him from day 1...
Buttons, may you feed well, fond shelter when you sleep, and run swiftly... away from all your troubles and worries...
