New FAST/Quick Kid Noatak and Tarlok Drawing! Ever since the LOK Book 1 Finale, I've always wanted to make a Kid Noatak/Tarlok Fan Art Tribute. And to make a Speed Paint of them with the song "When my Brother Loved Me." I love Amon/Noatak and Tarlok as villains. They're some of my favorite bad guys in anime of all time because of their character development and heart aching past that hits the audience right in their emotions. They are one awesome pair of bad brothers.
