Texas Ocelot by Munin
My entry for Weekly Challenge #28 – “Endangered Species”.
The Ocelot are my favourite species of wild cat, with beautiful proportions and graceful movements. Fortunately, many of the subspecies are thriving once again after the ban on hunting, but lack of habitat is still threatening others. :(

Fuck yeah munin! this rocks! the contrast is great! and the eye looks really alive. Also, the background rocks. it's simple but helps the painting. why some decide to leave out the background is beyond me. this is a PRIME EXAMPLE of how it's done right! I am looking forward seeing this for a week on the frontpage ;)
