Though the surface is frozen, the brilliant prismatic ring system boasts many colors that sparkle magnificently in the light of its host star. Civilization also exists beneath the planet's icy surface in the large subterranean caverns hidden there. Heating and electricity in the subterranean city is provided via geothermal vents that exist on the outskirts.
