Redesigned him onces again xD
the red markings are not Natural markings , he painted them on his body: in his tribe everytime a family/tribe member dies, you paint markings in a blue colour somewhere on the body, and everytime an enemy of the tribe is beaten you paint red markings under your eyes but because the family/tribe members are his enemies, and he killed them for some reasons he painted the normaly blue markings in red.
