Memory was a normal cat named Amelia. She was brutally stabbed and mur'dered.
First, her limbs were slashed at until she couldn't run.
Second, while she was down, she was cut on her body, tail, and ear.
Then she was severely slashed on her chest, the worst injury.
Lastly, her eye was gouged out. Obviously a very painful death. Then she came back as a spectre, but with no sanity or memory. Hence she renamed herself Memory, and scares Elsens.
