Even though I said this is his evolve form it looks more like what the first form should look like because of the way I drew his head and the way yours look.

Just saying, i changed Mega Swampert's ability to a more OP one.... and yes... it'll make alot of sense.... for one reasons: Swamps barely have any Clean grass and usually have no sunshine.....
