The battle in the castle's large courtyard continued to rage. The team were fighting forward, the six pushed them back. While Void, Matt, Viper and Peter were fighting Kai, Carlos, Stm and Zk, Notch found himself battling a double team of Lee and Endermage. But despite losing half his power, Notch was winning, just like the rest of the team. Soon they'll have won and be inside the castle, or so they thought.
Just as Notch hit back Endermage, the castle doors opened. The others stopped fighting at once. They turned to see a figure dressed in black, his face half human, half ender. A dark cape flared behind him, a twin-bladed sword in hand. "Who are you?" Notch asked. gripping his gold and lapis lazuli sword. The figure's gaze locked with his. "I am Enderon, ruler of this world. And this Notch, is your end!"

The pile of rubble began to shake, seconds before a hole was blasted through it with both fire and aura. As the dust settled, Carina and Herobrine slowly emerged. They were both bruised and broken in some way, but they were alive. "..So, you can create a shield now? You should've used that earlier" Herobrine told her "..What can i say? It's a work in progress....we're lucky it worked at all" Carina replied. In sync, they looked up. Several levels above them, they could see the gaping hole in the ceiling. They'd fallen into the dungeons below. As they'd fell, Carina had managed to create a shield around them. It had broken their fall and protected them from falling rubble.
"So it's true, Enderon planned all of this....I hate to admit it, but you were right. Enderon must be stopped, and it pains me even more to say that i need your help to do that" Herobrine announced as he turned and started walking.

As Carina went to follow, Herobrine suddenly turned, sword withdrawn and pointed at her. "But, understand, once this is over, things will go back to the way they were. Don't be expecting any peace offerings" he told her. Carina pushed the blade aside "I wouldn't have it any other way" she replied with a smirk. Herobrine obtained a similar expression. "Let's go" he said. With aura and fire flaring to light the path ahead, they set off.

Notch recognized the name at once. "You! You're the one behind all of this?!" he exclaimed. Enderon nodded "But of course. You honestly believe your brother pulled this off? He's as powerless here as you are, or rather, he was" he answered. "What do you mean was?" Notch demanded "Humph, take a wild guess. His usefulness ended the second you arrived, as did the girl's" he replied, evil in his voice. "How dare you!" Notch exclaimed, anger rising "Oh, i dared. Now only you remain. But, i'll soon fix that" Enderon shot back "But not here"

This bit reminds me of my favourite Harry Potter quote

Voldy: YOU DAAARE?!

In a sudden burst of speed, Enderon ran foward. Grabbing Notch, he teleported to a platform near the top of the castle. Once there, Enderon threw Notch back. He caught his balance and skidded to one end of the platform. Only a stone banister kept him from falling to his death. However, as far as Enderon was concerned, Notch was finished either way, but not until a dark secret kept hidden for years was finally revealed.
Before the final battle, Enderon looked at Soul, his shadowy creation. He gave the ender a nod, a signal. Soul bowed his hooded head and returned to the castle doors. Void Viper Matt and Peter were surrounded by the six. As he turned to leave, Soul looked over his shoulder and issued the order
"Kill them all"

As Carina and Herobrine ran through the hallways and up stone staircases, their footsteps echoed throughout.
From a window on the second floor they'd seen Enderon teleport Notch to an upper level. But Carina had also seen the others and she wanted to help her friends. However she knew that if Enderon wasn't stopped, they were all done for.
By now, the two were on the same level as Notch and Enderon who had begun their battle. This was it. From there on in, it was now or never. All of Minecraftia depended on it.
