Why should I be blamed
For one simple question?
If I held in my emotions
Would it lesson the tension?

Everything is dark
Now they turn on me
There's nothing worse than her bark
Was this meant to be?

Now I sit alone
As they frolic with joy
I can't help but change my tone
As if I'm some sort of toy

I wish they could see
That I'm more than they think
If that's who they want me to be
I will just slink
