*REMAKE* One of my cat creations for my best friend, she has three abilities, with her scarf enhancing them. In spite of the name, she controls water. She can make water come out of low-moisture air, and either morph it, or freeze it by slowing the molecules, or both. She can also control minds, and she can last longer underwater, but not indefinitely.
