I hope your graduation went well. What do you plan to do next? As for me, I'm a mixture of physically and emotionally exhausted. Also, my hands are still blistered from the digging last weekend.
Not everyone's some outgoing social person. Some people just don't like being around a lot of people. There are even times when people feel more uncomfortable around people than usual. If you feel anxiety, forcing yourself to be social will not work. You'll just come across as nervous and anxious and make them uncomfortable. People pick up on vibes really easily. If you're more comfortable, they will be too. So, I'd suggest sticking to a one on one approach, focusing on starting with befriending another introverted person.
