Used @Derpony's base. Was more concerned with drawing a facial expression, so a base was ideal! No pony in particular, but she looks a bit like a cross between Pinkie and Maude Pie! An aunt, maybe?

Looks like a "Pinkamena", aka creepy/crazy Pinkie, version of Fluttershy a bit to me actually. It'd be interesting to get episodes where Fluttershy goes crazy, like Pinkie in Party of One and Twilight Sparkle in Lesson Zero.
