More scars, smaller eyes/nose, lighter sin color, and thicker eyebrows. Also made him an inch shorter(5'10''), and a bit less muscular. He's also a *tiny* bit nicer now, especially towards Michael, Nagisa and Bob.
(He's still a four-hundred year old geezer :V)
